Deadlines
15 november 2018: paper submission opens
31 January 2019: deadline for sending abstract or full English paper - Extended
28February 2019: decision about acceptance
31 March 2019: submission of the final article
Registration fee
Full: HUF 10,000, PhD students: HUF 8,000. The fee is payable by bank transfer until 30 April 2019 based on the registration form manual
Paper submission
You can submit 4..6 page original papers in the English language in the format of the paper template below. Use this link to upload your paper in PDF after 15 November 2018.
If someone wishes to have a presentation on the conference but does not intend to submit a paper then the abstract of the presentation should be submitted until 15 January 2019 in Hungarian or in English depending on the language of the presentation. The abstracts are not published in the official conference proceedings.
